Russ Austin- Lead Pastor
Pastor Russ is originally from Lewisporte, NL but fell in love with the "Big Land" while serving at Bethel as Youth and Children's Pastor from 2015-2018. In 2021 he returned, serving as Outreach and Family Pastor and was voted in as Lead Pastor in 2023.
He's passionate about people from all walks of life and is convinced that the local church is the hope of the world! He's married to Jennifer and has two children, Reuben and Samuel.
Jennifer Austin- Children and Youth Pastor
Pastor Jennifer began her position as Youth and Children’s pastor in 2021.
Her passion is to help youth and children grow in their faith.
Although she would describe herself as “indoorsy”, she loves what the outdoor life has to offer her boys and husband, Pastor Russ.
Jennifer has a heart for Labrador and for the town of Happy Valley Goose Bay.

Iris Hynes - Administrative Assistant
Iris has been a part of the church team since 1990. She is usually the first voice you hear on the phone and the one who keeps office life interesting and the church functioning.
Mervin Parsons-Maintenance and GAPS
Merv joined the team in 2017. Our trusty maintenance man can figure out almost anything. Going by multiple alias', most commonly "Frank", he was granted the honorary title of Pastor in 2018 ... though we still haven't heard him preach ...yet.
